NEW YORK – March 4, 2010 – Pink OTC Markets Inc. (Pink Sheets: PINK) announced today that its Board of Directors authorized a quarterly cash dividend on its Class A common stock of $0.04 per share.  The dividend is payable on April 8, 2010 to stockholders of record on March 22, 2010.  The ex-dividend date is March 18, 2010.
